Participating producers can assess whether their available evidence and supply may align, then decide whether to participate and what information they authorise Farmers Door to share.

Farmers Door supports the evidence, permissions and qualification process. Purchasing, pricing, contracts, processing and customer relationships remain with the participating businesses.

Farmers Door does not seek to replace processors, retailers, exporters, agents, auditors or existing farm systems. It connects approved evidence across them. The role of Farmers Door, the commercial relationships, the use of data and any public claims are agreed with the participants in each programme.
